Key downtown corridors including Main Street, North Henderson Street, Samuels Avenue, and West 7th Street are projected to experience travel time increases of double or more compared to baseline conditions. Interstate ramps and frontage roads experience higher volume-to-capacity ratios, leading to longer queues and cascading delay. Volume increases exceeding 10,000 vehicles per day are projected on Core corridors including IH- 35W, IH-30, Main Street, North Henderson Street, East 6th and 7th Streets, Hemphill Street, West Lancaster Avenue, and Forest Park Boulevard.
