Clayton Farm Community Open Day In November, we hosted a fantastic Open Day at Clayton Farm, inviting the community to explore the improvements made to this beloved local gem. New pathways have been installed, enhancing accessibility for everyone, and informative signs have been created and placed throughout the farm. These additions make it easy to enjoy a self-guided tour at your own pace while learning about the rich history of Clayton Farm. Next time you have family or friends visiting, why not take them out to Clayton Farm for a memorable outing? We’d love to see you there!
Would you remember a plan that's just in your head if you're surrounded by smoke, heat and flames? Making a choice when a bushfire threatens is too late. Your safety and survival during a bushfire will depend on how prepared you are and the decisions you make, and a written plan will take the pressure off you and avoid arguments and delays.
Things to consider when completing your plan;
Think about who your plan will protect: Me Other Adults Children People who need assistance Pets and livestock
Consider what you'll do if: You're at work The pets run away
DABBLE & DRINK FOR DISABILTY To celebrate International Day of People with Disability a special Christmas themed “paint and sip” was held at The Harvest Providore in Keith. Participants of all ages and abilities enjoyed a few refreshments, platters and laughs while painting a colorful Christmas wreath. Naomi Fallon led the group step-by- step through the process and the results speak for themselves. Councils Disability Access and Inclusion Plan will be updated in 2025. If you would like to provide any feedback to assist us to identify and implement opportunities of areas for improvements regarding access and inclusion please contact Tracey Grosser at the Council.

Who do you need to keep informed of your movements?
