Kappa Alpha Psi ® partnered with lo- cal law enforcement and the National Association of Black Law Enforce- ment Executives (NOBLE) in hosting a “Learn2Live” program at Mag- giono's in Philadelphia. This program addresses the relationship between law enforcement and people of color in the US. Local law enforce- ment spoke and gave instruction on how to handle basic interaction with law enforcement. Led by Grand Board Member Jimmy McMikle, the program's target audience are area youth and our undergraduate broth- ers.
