Elder Watson Diggs was truly a visionary and motivational leader...As I embark on nearly 50 years of membership, I reflect on the greatness, experiences and opportunities that this fraternity has afforded me. I had the privilege of meeting two fraternity Founders: By- ron Kenneth Armstrong and Edward G. Irvin. These men impacted me with the wisdom and guidance to be a leader with a thrust on excellence. I do believe 'To whom much is given much is expected.' I am humbled, thankful and overjoyed this evening.” Here's to Elder Watson Diggs Awardee Robert Scales, Jr.!
