LLENTOWN, PA — The 10th Annual Meeting of Commer- cial Real Estate Women of the Lehigh Valley (CREW LV) was held November 12 at the Barristers Club, the home of the Lehigh County Bar Association. Conducted by 2014 Presi- dent Christa Kraftician with assistance from Past Presi- dent Maureen O’Meara and President-Elect Adrienne Kwiatek Holub, the lunch- time event recapped an ac- tive year, reviewed goals, celebrated successes and benefited the Sixth Street Shelter. Secretary Kate Durso, Esq. announced the elected officers for 2015: President Adrienne Kwiatek-Holub; President- Elect Pam Morris; Directors- at-Large, Kelly Berfield and Tina Roseberry; Secretary, Marie McConnell; Treasurer Jennifer Keat; Correspond- ing Secretary, Pam Sullivan; A

and Past President, Christa Kraftician. Christa Kraftician noted that membership and spon- sorship had both grown tre- mendously in 2014 and that the chapter expanded com- munity service activities to benefit Habitat for Humanity and Good Shepherd Rehabili- tation Hospital as well as the group’s traditional beneficia- ries: the Sixth Street Shelter, the Easton Home and Turn- ing Point. High points of the year included the 10th Anni- versary Gala and recognition as the Organization of the Year at the Commercial Real Estate Breakfast to benefit the March of Dimes. A survey of membership determined that 71% are presidents, CEOs, principals, vice-presidents, directors or senior managers of their companies and 85% of mem- bers had done business with another CREW member in the last 12 months.
