DINNER RESERVATIONS / JONAS - POINT OF SALE (POS) SYSTEM:
As we continue to enhance and improve our Food & Beverage operations, on November 1st the HOA is converting Food & Beverage to a new ‘back of the house’ software platform. Jonas Club Software will now allow Tonto Verde to fully integrate our restaurant operations, including point-of-sale, banquet and catering, purchasing, inventory management, and our Food & Beverage financial reporting. The migration to new software will be relatively seamless for all residents. You, our members, will see enhancements starting with our restaurant wait staff utilizing tablets to take your order tableside and directly communicate with the bar and the kitchen. When you log on to either the FT Club Central app on your smartphone or use your computer to go to the Tonto Verde website, you will NOT be asked to create any new User Name or Password. You can proceed as usual to Dining Reservations and to Events/Activities Reservations. Always keep in mind that you can contact The Mesquite Grill or the HOA office by telephone if you’d like personal assistance in making your reservations. We are here to help. Please be patient with us in the first few days since all software changes can surprise us with glitches, but working with our vendor for the last several months, we believe this all should go well and certainly, in the long run, be a great improvement and benefit to Tonto Verde. Both the Peaks and Ranch Snack Shacks are now open for the season, open from 9 AM to 3 PM, seven days a week. Please be aware during the alternating Monday Course Maintenance that Snack Shack will open those days, as Tee Times will not begin until Noon. Alongside our normal menu items, we will also be featuring premium packaged sandwiches, and snacks. Please let us know what you think – we will evaluate their success within the first month. Opening the Scoreboard Area has been delayed until November 9th due to expansion of the area. PEAKS SNACK SHACK & RANCH SHACK OPENING:
