Day 6: Kinabatangan River Travel to the tiny village of Sukau on the Kinabatangan River, spending two nights in an authentic, basic wooden lodge deep in the jungle. The greatest concentration of wildlife in Malaysia is found here. Day 7: Kinabatangan River There are more opportunities to spot an array of wildlife as you cruise to a nearby lake this morning and along the river this afternoon. Day 8: Gomantong Caves - Sandakan The Gomantong Caves support swiftlets and a million bats, while serpent eagles, bat hawks and kingfishers can also be seen. Visit Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary before arriving in Sandakan for the night, amidst the tropical rainforest. Day 9: Sandakan See orangutans in their natural habitat at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and visit the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, which rehabilitates the world’s smallest bear. Then, visit the Rainforest Discovery Centre to learn about tropical flora and fauna which attracts 300 species of bird, plus unique forest mammals like flying squirrels. Day 10: Sandakan - Kota Kinabalu Embark on a tour of Sandakan, home to religious relics, colonial mansions, and reminders of WWI. Visit the market and the colourful interior of the magnificent Chinese Temple, before heading to Sim Sim, where the stilt houses of local tribes sit above the water. Then, fly to Kota Kinabalu. Day 11: Kota Kinabalu Enjoy a day to relax in your luxurious resort or on the beautiful two-mile crescent beach of pale sand. Days 12-13: Kota Kinabalu - UK Transfer to the airport for your return overnight flight to the UK. Upon arrival your Titan transport will be waiting for you.

Days 1-2: UK - Kota Kinabalu Titan’s VIP door-to-door service will collect you from home and transfer you to the airport for your overnight flight to Kota Kinabalu. Most of Borneo’s mammals, birds, amphibians, and invertebrates can be found here. Day 5: Kinabalu National Park Journey around the Butterfly Garden, see beautifully coloured butterflies, birds, and flying lizards. Proceed to the Kundasang War Memorial Park, dedicated to British and Australian prisoners of war who perished during WWII.
