The process also provides the opportunity to add value - to enhance, update or modify the original to improve performance. With the latest mobile laser scanners, SPP Pumps can reverse-engineer complex components of any size into 3D models for manufacture. Worn or broken parts are scanned on-site, minimising downtime.

REGENERATE: LOST DATA Recreate information from original drawings, patterns and tooling that are lost or misplaced. Once collated, data is safely held for servicing and creating replacement spare parts for matching machines in use. MANUFACTURE: 3D SAND CASTING SPP Pumps creates extremely high quality sand castings quickly and cost-eectively. 3D sand cores, sand moulds and patterns are automatically generated directly from the CAD model – much faster and more detailed process than making conventional wooden, resin or aluminium moulds.
