platform for conferences, incentives, corporate events and team building. Our charter offering adds further flexibility, with dedicated programmes shaped around a company, group or event and broader use of the ship and its venues. Q: How should agents position an AROYA cruise alongside more familiar holiday options such as a resort stay, city break or family package? AROYA combines the key elements travellers increasingly expect from a holiday – quality accommodation, diverse dining, entertainment, wellness, family experiences and destination discovery – within one seamless journey. Guests unpack once while enjoying varied onboard experiences and multiple destinations along the way. Families and multigenerational groups can shape the day differently while sharing the same holiday, removing much of the complexity of coordinating hotels, transfers, restaurants and activities. Agents should pitch AROYA as a travel experience that brings together choice, convenience and discovery. Whether the guest is looking for a family holiday, a celebration, a premium escape or simply a fresh way to travel, the breadth of the AROYA experience gives advisors a strong platform to tailor the conversation around what matters most to that traveller. Q: How is the AROYA brand engaging with its trade partners and what support is available to help them sell the product? The travel trade is fundamental to how we are building AROYA, both in Saudi Arabia and internationally. We are broadening distribution across
key source markets while developing long-term relationships that give our partners the knowledge and confidence to position AROYA clearly and introduce it to new audiences. We support our trade partners through training, roadshows and familiarisation trips, giving them the opportunity to experience AROYA first-hand and to understand the breadth of the offering – from family and premium travel to groups, MICE and charters. This is complemented by digital sales materials, booking tools and regular engagement with our commercial teams, helping partners to position AROYA with greater confidence. It is also a two-way relationship: partner insight into customer expectations, booking behaviour and emerging demand helps refine how we go to market. Q: What are the brand’s expansion plans and how crucial is the travel trade in making cruising a mainstream holiday choice across Saudi Arabia and the wider region? Our ambition is to continue building AROYA’s presence across key markets, while strengthening the guest experience and distribution. As we expand internationally, we also see an opportunity to introduce more travellers to a distinctly Arabian cruise experience, rooted in Saudi Arabia and designed to appeal to a broad range of guests. The travel trade will be central to that growth, helping build familiarity with cruising, confidence in the category and understanding of the right experience for each customer Ultimately, our focus is on broadening the audience for cruising and making AROYA a natural holiday choice across Saudi Arabia, the region and beyond.

promise of a “Remark- ably Arabi- an” cruise has wide appeal
The opportunity extends well beyond the traditional cruise customer. Since launch, AROYA has attracted audiences who may not previously have considered cruising as part of their holiday choices. Families and multigenerational groups remain a strong segment, especially across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, where travelling together is such an important part of the holiday. We also see strong potential among younger travellers and first-time cruisers looking for something contemporary. The premium market is another key segment, with Khuzama enabling advisors to appeal to guests seeking greater space, privacy and personalised service, while international travellers looking for distinctive, culturally rich experiences are another important audience for AROYA. Beyond leisure, AROYA caters to the MICE market with six dedicated meeting venues, larger-scale spaces including a theatre for up to 1,000 guests, and more than five curated MICE experiences. Bringing accommodation, dining, entertainment, meetings and destination experiences together creates a distinctive
