Santa Claus is a very familiar sight, and a very busy traveller, throughout the Prescott-Russell region, and other parts of Eastern Ontario and elsewhere, as he makes personal appearances in almost every community for Christmas brunches, local parades, and to give children a chance to say hello and tell him their Christmas wishes for the year.
