Selections & Approvals Our team guides you through all material and finish selections : tile , cabinetry , lighting , furniture and more , ensuring the final look is cohesive and curated . Final Approval and Down Payment Once you ' re feeling great about the design , we ’ ll send over a simple project contract to get everything official . This also allows us to collect the initial payment and begin the next exciting phase . Project Management & Construction This is where we shine . Our experienced project managers and craftsmen oversee all phases of the build , maintaining clear communication , timelines , and exceptional quality standards every step of the way . Final Walkthrough & Turnkey Delivery Once construction is complete and all payments are in , we conduct a final walkthrough , address any touch - ups , and present a fully finished space — clean and ready for you to enjoy . We may also reach out to schedule a time for professional photos -- only if you ' re comfortable , of course . Both for you to enjoy and also for us to use with prospective clients . Pricing Structure As stated , the initial consult is free of charge . Upon completion of the initial design plan , there is a charge of $ 100 per hour for additional renderings and design work . Design fee will be credited toward the project once the contract has been signed . Renovations are billed based on cost + 15 % fee that covers licensing , insurance , bonding , design , management and overhead costs of the project . We require a 30 % deposit up front , and 2 additional payments of 30 % each throughout the renovation . The final 10 % is due upon the final walk - through at the end of the project . Commercial Renovation or Design Project At Nth Degree , we also offer comprehensive renovation and interior design services for commercial spaces — including hospitality , office , and medical environments .
