Three-Tier Pack Off Stations
Fusion Tech Roller Top Conveyors are designed to easily move full and empty product boxes throughout your packaging and processing facility. They are ideal for use in any packaging line. Our roller top conveyors feature high quality, spring loaded rollers for a smoother and easier roll. They can be custom designed to the exact specifications you need for your application, and can be upgraded with a number of features, such as shelving, casters, and more. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with an open framework, our roller top conveyors meet all AMI Sanitary Equipment Design Requirement for use in a food processing facility, and are durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments and last you for years to come.
The Fusion Tech Three-Tier Pack Off Station is designed for easy product packing and transfer to a box taping or sealing station.
This station features a three-tier design: empty boxes come in on the top conveyor, product to be packaged comes in on the middle conveyor, while the bottom tier takes packed boxes off to taping or sealing. The bottom tier features Intralox ARB Technology belting, aligning boxes and directing them to the exit roller conveyor.
The Three-Tier Pack Off Station is ideal for use in any packaging line, allowing you to quickly and easily box product.
Constructed of high grade stainless steel, the Three-Tier Pack Off Station is durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments and last you for years to come.
