The Fusion Tech Double Roller Conveyor was designed to provide adjust- able flattening and separating of meat before entering a shredder or other further processing operation. The unique design of this roller conveyor allows for each roller to be ad- justed independently of the other, giving you the option for a progressive flattening of your product. The rollers can be adjusted from either side of the conveyor. Both rollers are filled with dye to alert operators and maintenance should the roller ever crack — preventing bacteria from getting into the roller and causing a food safety issue.
The Fusion Tech Roller Press Conveyor was designed to flatten pork bellies before entering a skinning operation.
It is an in-line operation paced to the line speed providing a uniform flattening process that is easily integrated, operated, and cleaned.
