Nesting Trolley Tree
The Nesting Trolley Tree is the standard choice for use in a Fusion Tech Oven, designed specifically to work with our Total-Flow-Control package to optimize capacity and product consistency. We took the airflow- optimized design of the Nesting Truck and applied it to a hanging tree for use with an overhead track. Any obstruction on a smokehouse tree will obstruct the movement of airflow within the oven, which is why the Nesting Trolley Tree features a minimal side design to enhance airflow within your oven. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, the Nesting Trolley Tree exceeds all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food processing facility and is durable enough to withstand the most demand- ing environments.

These trucks nest for easy storage when not in use. Any obstruction on a smokehouse truck will obstruct the movement of airflow within the oven, which is why the Nesting Truck features a minimal side design, 12” clearance from the floor, and two wheels (rather than three) on each side to enhance airflow within your oven. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, the Nesting Truck exceeds all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food pro- cessing facility and is durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.
