ENHANCING THE LIVES OF THOSE WE TOUCH
FRANK VANDERSLOOT
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Since Melaleuca began, nothing has surprised me quite as much as the type of people who have become successful and the people who have not. I learned a long time ago that I could not predict who would go far in this business. When I tried, I was often wrong! Those who seemed to be dynamic, powerful leaders often quit before they reached their goals. I wondered why. Then I recalled this quote from President Calvin Coolidge: “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘press on’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.” There is the key! The ability to press on, to never “sit down” while building this business makes more difference in finding success than does talent or personality or influence. As a leader in your Melaleuca business, you need to commit to reach your goals no matter what! By committing to reach your goals, you commit to help other people reach their goals as well. How can you do this? By focusing on the Seven Critical Activities. By teaching the Category 2s and 3s you enrol to keep doing those basic activities, and by setting the example yourself. By keeping your why in mind and encouraging your organisation to dream and set goals and determine their why . And by pressing on, never stopping, and never sitting down! When you reach your goal, you’ll look around and see all the tough miles behind you – and even greater goals ahead! Each time you reach a goal and set a new one, you’ll keep building momentum in your business and keep finding more success. If you learn the two keys to running a marathon – deciding to finish the race, then never sitting down – you’ll conquer each goal and reach each dream. Put on your running shoes, get out on the road, remember your decision to finish the race, and don’t ever sit down!
There were two key elements that made it possible for those worn- out runners to finish the race: One was the mental decision that they were going to run the full race. The other was their physical momentum and sense of commitment that never stopped because they never sat down! By following these two principles, we too can finish our race and reach the goals we’ve set for our lives The first step is to decide to finish. When do you make that decision? Before you start! If you haven’t resolved upon finishing the race, the obstacles that get in your way will be too much. You’ll be tired and ready to quit after a while, and without the mental determination to keep going, your race will end right there. Don’t let that happen. Decide now that you want to finish. Then decide why. Your why is the driver, the reason behind the decision. If you lose focus on your why , you forget the reason you made the commitment in the first place. What is your why ? What is waiting for you when you reach your goal? What will you gain? Why is that important? If you create a vivid picture of the rewards in your mind, you will get past the obstacles and reach the end. The second key is to never sit down. Once you’ve begun, once you’ve even got a small amount of momentum going, never pause. Momentum is precious! Momentum can be kept up with a small amount of energy, but starting over will take 10 times the effort. So never cease pursuing your goal. Never give yourself an excuse to “sit down.” How do you “sit down” while building your Melaleuca business? By never adding new names to your contact list. By setting fewer appointments. By sharing Melaleuca Overviews only now and then instead of weekly. By skipping a Melaleuca meeting in your area. Once you let up on these basic activities, you’re taking fewer steps toward your goal, slowing your pace, and letting go of your determination to reach the finish line. You’re giving a mental signal that the commitment is gone. If it’s not urgent to get involved in these basic daily activities, it’s not urgent to reach the end of the race. Remember, each race is made up of thousands of steps. The next step you take is just as important as the last step that takes you over the finish line. Take the next step now! Then immediately take the next step! It is crucial to take these small daily steps, for that is the only method that will move you toward your goals.
If you want to cross the finish line, don´t ever sit down! Not even for a minute!
We have thousands of teams across North America engaged in Fast Track! They have made a commitment to themselves and each other to change their lives. They are engaged in the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities. Nothing can accelerate your business like focusing on these activities – especially the first two. Everything begins with building a contact list and making appointments. With the Fast Track focus on those Critical Activities and the results we are already seeing, I am very excited about what is happening and what we are going to see this year. I am in great anticipation about what is about to happen in the businesses and lives of those who focus on these Critical Activities! Those who consistently focus on these basic activities will reap tremendous benefits as they grow and prosper. That consistent focus makes all the difference! It’s a life changer! With so much activity going on, people will soon be reaching new milestones and drawing closer to their goals. They are racing forward and working their businesses with a sense of real commitment. That commitment will be the factor that will help them reach their goals and see new levels of success. I once heard a story that captured the true meaning of commitment. This story took place along the streets where the New York City Marathon is run. The marathon brings over 50,000 people from all over the world to compete, from ages 18 to 90. With so many competitors, many volunteers are needed to assist the runners at certain points along the course. One of the volunteers was a young doctor who offered to help with any medical needs. When he arrived, he was assigned to the station at the 19-mile mark. This station was in a strategic place – after running 18–20 miles, the body hits “the wall,” as marathon runners call it. Essentially, what that means is your body is worn out.
All your energy has been used up, and there is no more fuel to keep the body going. The only way to keep running is to overpower the fatigue with a mental determination to take step after step. The young doctor began to treat the runners who jogged into the little roadside tent. They would sit down, then the doctor would wrap ankles, give cups of water, massage cramped leg muscles, and do everything he could to get them ready to hit the road again. He quickly finished and told them they could now go out and finish the race. But they didn’t move. They couldn’t. Once the runners had sat down, it was like their bodies were glued to the chair. The physical fatigue would overcome them and their mental determination to finish the race was gone. So the doctor changed the way he treated the runners. Each time someone came into the tent, he immediately asked them, “Do you want to finish the race?” If they said “yes,” he would not let them sit down but asked them to remain standing. He wrapped ankles, bandaged scrapes, and massaged muscles while they stood. He made them keep moving while drinking water. Then the runners were able to keep their focus on the marathon and regain the momentum they needed to finish. “Don’t sit down,” the doctor said hundreds of times that day – and each runner who did not sit down went on to finish the race. Each time you reach a goal and set a new one, you’ll keep building momentum in your business and keep finding more success.”
Sincerely,
@FLVanderSloot

Relationships can be cultivated when you’re offering solutions and engaging with others.” Be genuine One of the unique aspects of building a Melaleuca business is the philosophy guiding our social media policies: we rely on word of mouth to tell others about Melaleuca rather than blasting the company name on social media. Melaleuca Marketing Executives focus on creating genuine, relatable content that encourages the development of real relationships. Cassidy’s team focuses on sharing positive content that’s consistent with their personal beliefs because they know that’s how they will attract those they would like to work with. “We call it being a pleasant presence on Facebook,” she says. “There’s a lot of division out there. But by being that person who is positive while still standing for what you believe in, you can build relationships and connect with others.” Adrienne also reminds her team not to pretend to be someone they aren’t. For example, don’t join a mom group if you aren’t a mom. Interact online with people who will naturally connect with the real you. “Be bold and be optimistically you,” she says. “I believe in the power of attraction, so just be yourself and you will attract your tribe.” Use your voice A huge part of being genuine when building relationships online is to let others hear your voice. You could send a voice memo, record a short video message, have a video chat, or make a phone call!
“It’s important to build trust, find a need, and approach others in a genuine way,” Cassidy says. “Using voice memos on Facebook Messenger is one of my favorite ways. It’s better than sending out messages because so much can get lost in translation. I know if I receive a long message from someone, I skim. But when you listen to somebody’s voice and hear what they say, the message is clear. You can hear the tone of their voice, and it’s way more impactful.” “I have found myself picking up my phone and making calls a lot more lately,” Adrienne adds. “I’m definitely making a conscious effort to be more available in all of my relationships. You never know what somebody is going through. I want my team to know I’m always available.”
while also working together on video calls and through a group message. And while her team regularly meets together on video calls, Cassidy also focuses on connecting to individuals regularly through texts, calls, and social media messages. Remember that relationships take time Just like meeting people in person, becoming friends with someone in a virtual way will not happen overnight. Spend as much time getting to know someone you meet online as you would with someone you meet in person. “Online relationships take time because you’ve got to build a level of trust, often without ever meeting

the business together, I want them to know that their goals are important to me.” Use the tools at your fingertips Keely loves that everything she needs to stay connected to others fits right in her hand. “When I started my business 20 years ago, we were so limited to just being able to use phone calls or see each other face to face,” she says. “But now technology makes things so streamlined! So much of our connection is right at our fingertips. Who doesn’t have their phone in their hands 24/7?” Here are some of the ways Keely and many others use their smartphones to develop relationships: • Posting content and asking questions in team groups on social media • Chatting with each other in group messages • Meeting new people through social media interest groups • Working together through group video calls
Make relationships the focus Marketing Executives who
Interact in meaningful ways
It takes more than clicking the like button to find friendships on social media. It’s about creating meaningful conversations by commenting on posts, reaching out with friend requests, or sending personal messages to those you meet through social media. Cassidy knows the power of meaningful interactions firsthand. “I’m in a Southern Oregon foodies group,” she says. “And there’s a woman who consistently likes my posts. And I consistently and genuinely like hers. I never go through and just hit “like” again and again. I interact with posts I genuinely like. And over the last few months I’ve been able to connect with her and determine we have the same belief system and many other things in common. She’s someone I would reach out to next about Melaleuca.” National Director 7 Adrienne Sifontes also finds new contacts through social media. Recently she started a new friendship just by sharing her favorite hiking shoe with someone she met through a social media group. “I think you have to really put yourself out there,” she says. “I think in this virtual world, just like if you were going to some sort of networking event in person, you still have to introduce yourself and do all of the hard work you would in person.
successfully build relationships in our virtual world are always in a relationship-building mindset. “It’s easy to just get caught up in the checklist part of doing the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities,” Executive Director 6 Cassidy Burns says. “But unless building relationships, meeting new people, and having meaningful interactions regularly is a part of your business, you’re missing the boat. I’m constantly thinking about how I can meet people and build genuine relationships without the goal of enroling them. I’m always looking for a need that Melaleuca could fulfill. And it’s very rarely a formal thing.” “If I didn’t get to know my customers, building this business wouldn’t be fun,” National Director Keely Johnson adds. “I do want to help them. I want them to feel that I’m there for them every step of the way. Whether they’re a customer with a question about a product or we’re building

them in person,” Cassidy says. “You have to connect with people and have them like you in a real way. And that’s hard online because you don’t want to be the person who projects a persona that your life is fake or perfect all the time. But as you focus on being likable and relatable, developing these relationships becomes possible.”
Connect in multiple ways One of the advantages of developing relationships in a virtual world is that you don’t have to wait to see someone in person to continue building the relationship. You can interact with others on social media at any time. Sending a text is just a few taps away. And making a post on a team page is simple. Adrienne’s team builds relationships by holding virtual get-togethers to talk about their lives, connecting daily with Fast Track, and having customer- appreciation calls. Keely’s team interacts regularly in customer and business-builder social media groups

Now more than ever, Europeans are looking for new ways to bring in an additional stream of income. A recent poll found that as of mid-2022, Europeans are more concerned about inflation than any other issue facing them. Rising food prices, record-high gas prices, and steadily increasing rental and mortgage rates have sent the average Eurpoean household’s cost of living skyrocketing even as their primary income stays largely unchanged. To avoid going deep into debt just to cover the necessities, many breadwinners are taking on second jobs. CRITICAL BUSINESS-BUILDING ACTIVITIES
If you want to achieve your goals with Melaleuca, you need to focus on and repeatedly do these seven activities day after day and week after week.
1 Build Your Contact List
Set Appointments 2
I want you to notice something about the Seven Critical Activities, the first four in particular. You cannot do Critical Activity 3, Share Overviews, before you do Critical Activity 2 or Critical Activity 1. That’s not how it works. These activities are in this order because that’s the order you’ll need to do them in. Before you can hold a Strategy Session, you need to present Melaleuca: An Overview and enrol a customer. And before you can do that, you’ll need to invite someone you know to your Overview. There’s a reason the first Critical Activity is not Set Appointments. Before you invite someone to your Overview, you should already have a relationship. The first thing to do is add their name to your contact list and begin establishing a relationship. When the time is right, you can invite them to attend a Melaleuca Overview and make a decision about Melaleuca. We are a “warm market” company. The right way to build your business is with people who know you, like you, and trust you. So before you approach someone to set an appointment, take the time to build a genuine relationship with them. As you help them reach their goals, you’ll find that those personal relationships can be just as rewarding – if not more so – as your income from your Melaleuca business.
Share Melaleuca: An Overview 3
In your 50s, your Melaleuca business can be another way to help make sure you’re prepared for retirement. You can bulk up on your savings and investments and work to get debt-free. In your 60s (and beyond), you can supplement your retirement or social security with your repeat income. With so many of us living longer than ever before, retirement plans often fall short. Your Melaleuca income can be another way to help you maintain your standard of living and manage unforeseen costs in health care or other areas. New opportunities At Melaleuca, we are uniquely positioned in the marketplace with superior products at affordable prices, convenient online shopping, and the chance for customers to create repeat income just by sharing their experience with friends. As you’re reviewing your progress toward your yearly goals, think about how Melaleuca can help you change your life. What do you want to accomplish? What areas of your life could improve if you invested a little more time in sharing Melaleuca with others? With the newly updated Melaleuca: An Overview there’s never been an easier or better time to get started.
The perfect fit for any stage of life Melaleuca’s unique business model also fits with virtually every stage of life and financial need. No matter your age, you’ll still need to buy basic consumable goods like shampoo and toothpaste, and so will your friends. Sharing products you love with others doesn’t require any special skills. Chances are it’s also something you already do regularly. The difference is that now you can get paid for it. In your 20s, your Melaleuca income can help you avoid or pay down debt. It can also provide you with the means to start saving for retirement early – a move experts say is critical to your future financial health. In your 30s, your repeat income can help you stay on top of added expenses, like getting married and having children. You can advance your business and grow your income so you can meet your increased expenses and save up for a home. In your 40s, you can use your Melaleuca check to help pay down your mortgage, pay for your children’s education, or help your aging parents make ends meet.

POWER THE OF TEAMWORK
What’s something that all successful Melaleuca Marketing Executives have in common? They are fully committed to their teams and have fostered a strong culture of teamwork throughout their organisations. They know that while consistently doing the right activities is essential to building a strong business, working as a team to achieve their goals together is the only avenue for consistent, sustainable growth. Want to learn how to harness the full power of teamwork? Plan and run a Fast Track!
14 JANUARY / FEBRUARY / MARCH | EU.MELALEUCA.COM
JANUARY / FEBRUARY / MARCH | EU.MELALEUCA.COM 15
Everyone comes out of a successful Fast Track stronger in many vital areas. Accountability During a Fast Track, team members set goals together, plan together, and hold each other accountable during their daily and weekly meetings. That accountability becomes the key to a successful Fast Track. “Daily accountability is the glue that holds it all together,” Corporate Director 7 Alan Pariser says. “We’re accountable to each other. It’s all for one, one for all. Accountability keeps us all focused, working, and moving together because we’ve made this commitment to each other.” Unity With your Fast Track team, you’ll quickly realise that there are countless benefits to working together: lifelong friendships, purposes beyond your own life goals, and valuable lessons about gratitude, unselfishness, and so much more. Once you’ve gone the distance with your team members, you’ll feel unified with them – and that will benefit you for many years to come. Leadership Leadership doesn’t just fall to the person who holds a title. With Fast Track, everyone gets plenty of opportunities to lead the way and set the pace. When everyone on the team is willing and ready to step up as needed, everyone gets to experience what true leadership is. Shared success A team celebrates every victory together, large or small. Being part of a Fast Track team should be full of positive experiences, including both cheering on your team members and being cheered on by them. Along with the celebration, there is measurement. It’s always easy to see the results of the work you are doing together. Positive reinforcement
In a successful Fast Track team, each member is working toward their goals in a coordinated effort. Each plays an equal and significant role in the team’s success. When everyone is giving their full effort each day, everyone accomplishes their goals – and often much more. Always be involved with Fast Track. Remember how Critical Business-Building Activity 6 reads? Always be involved with Fast Track. Always be doing one or planning for the next one! Why? Because what a Fast Track does for you and your team can be positively game changing. Teamwork is one of the essential elements of a successful Melaleuca business. And Fast Track emphasizes the consistent daily activities that grow your business, all inside the framework of a close-knit, high-accountability team. Nothing’s more powerful than a team. At Melaleuca, real growth always happens within teams. Nowhere does this become more clear than within a Fast Track. In fact, you can’t succeed in Fast Track without your team running right alongside you! According to Melaleuca Executive Chairman Frank VanderSloot, “Joining a team requires you to make a specific, sincere commitment to take the necessary steps – a commitment not only to yourself but to your team. “Working as a team is always more fun and rewarding than working alone. Team members challenge one another, encourage one another, support each other, hold each other
accountable, and celebrate every step and milestone!
“The teams that focus on doing those key activities,” Frank continues, “will enrol new customers at a faster pace than ever before. It requires commitment, hard work, and sacrifice, but the rewards are more than worth it!” Fast Track is a clinic on teamwork and is the perfect environment for businesses in your organisation to recapture the clear vision and sense of urgency that got them off the ground. Off track? Get back on with Fast Track. Are you familiar with Melaleuca’s R3 Weight Loss Programme? The first R stands for Reset. During the Reset period you focus on getting rid of bad habits, rediscovering the basics of healthy weight management, and starting fresh. In other words, if you’ve let your goal to lose weight get derailed, the Reset weeks help you get back on track toward that goal. Fast Track can act as a reset too. If your team’s business-building efforts have been stagnating, Fast Track quickly gets team members back to doing the basics, practicing daily accountability, and pushing each other forward toward their goals once more.
“Working as a team is always more fun and rewarding than working alone. Team members challenge one another, encourage one another, support each other, hold each other accountable, and celebrate every step and milestone!”
A relay race is all about the team. Each team member is directly accountable to their teammates for their performance. Passing the baton represents the power of teamwork. You take your turn carrying your team’s baton around the track. Then you cheer on your teammates as they do the same. Whether you’re running a relay race or participating in Fast Track, being part of a team pushes you to give your very best efforts. And when everyone is giving their best efforts and staying accountable, the results they see are greater than they could have ever achieved alone.
– Frank VanderSloot
Getting to the essentials of building a strong Melaleuca business is what Fast Track is all about. Seeing the growth in your business
that Fast Track has produced builds your confidence in doing the basic daily activities and promoting teamwork as you slow your pace down again.

TEAMWORK
Fast Track is a welcome change of pace. Athletes use many carefully developed training strategies to get stronger and faster. But one of the most effective strategies is also one of the simplest: interval training. Doing interval training means mixing short periods of intense activity into longer periods of less-intense activity.
Implement
Plan
Why is interval training so effective for athletes? • It lets them accomplish more in less time. • It increases their aerobic capacity. • It keep an otherwise monotonous workout fresh.

What about a prize? The real prize is building a second income as you consistently enrol and help others enrol customers who love our wellness products and become shoppers for life. There is also value in the relationships, encouragement, celebration, and accountability. Recognizing everyone for growth in these areas can be a great prize! Take advantage of the monthly promotions. These already have deadlines and prizes attached. All you need to do is get teams together and compete. Who will qualify first?
SUCCESS CYCLE
Holding regular Fast Tracks can have similar effects. Fast Track helps focus team members’ efforts and keeps them engaged day after day. It’s more intense and may feel like a sprint – but the payoff isn’t just crossing the finish line. Business builders who participate in regular Fast Tracks find that they have a greater capacity than they thought to do the work it takes to reach their daily, weekly, and monthly goals. And Fast Track produces measurable changes quickly – a refreshing and encouraging departure from less-focused efforts that can grow monotonous or ineffective. Get started by making a Fast Track plan. If you aren’t holding regular Fast Tracks with your team, now is a great time to start planning one! You have a lot of leeway in how you run your Fast Track. In March 2021, Senior Vice President of Business Development Kevin Sommer gave some valuable tips for running your own Fast Track. Here they are again – just as pertinent now as they were last year. Commit. Set a goal and a time frame, and make sure everyone on the team is firmly committed to meeting daily as a team and following through on their commitments. Challenge another team – even if they’re not in your organisation. Set a time frame and a criteria for points and get going! Challenge several teams. Keep it simple – perhaps a 60-day challenge with 1 point for an enrolment and 5 points for developing a Director. Add a social media page where everyone can post their numbers.
Report & Celebrate

WHY DOES FAST TRACK WORK? Fast Track focuses on consistently completing the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities, which can lead to building life-changing supplemental income. A Fast Track begins with a firm commitment and involves following the Success Cycle and staying accountable for your actions daily. For example, Marketing Executives who participated in the 2020 Fast Track and met at least five days a week developed three times as many Directors as those who didn’t meet daily as a team. Their average check increase was also more than double those who didn’t meet consistently! There is immense power in participating in daily team meetings and following the Success Cycle.
Fast Track is well worth the effort. Remember what the results can be. Each Marketing Executive who successfully completes a Fast Track will see measurable growth in their business. Advancements often follow a Fast Track – and not just for one or two team members. Fast Track teams will have just spent the previous weeks working closely together, powering each other past obstacles, and cheering each other for every accomplishment, large and small. They will have honed their skills, increased their leadership capacity, and rediscovered the incredible power of working alongside their team members. Think of a relay team preparing for a race against the very best runners in the world. Capturing the win will take excellent coordination and the best efforts of each team member. Running such a race is a thrilling experience! You’ll learn that you can rely on each other’s power, support, and grit over and over. And when you get the baton to the finish line, the feeling is simply incredible. JC
Fast Track produces measurable changes quickly – a refreshing and encouraging departure from less-focused efforts that can grow monotonous or ineffective.

confidently build a business if you weren’t sold on the products yourself. Who in your life is someone who you trust, who you do everything with, and who would try the products with you so you have their feedback? And if you all love the products as much as I’m pretty sure you’re going to, then you’ve already got a couple people who might want to team up with you and get started.”
relationship and learning what’s important to the newest member of your team. That means identifying their why , setting expectations , creating their contact list , and discussing ways to approach those on the list . Now they have a system and a plan of action! It’s all about making commitments, focusing, and executing. Rafael Rojas takes a similarly strategic approach. He helps new business builders quickly advance to Director by breaking up customer enrolments into two parts. “First, enrol 10 customers,” he says. “You can do this quickly in the first month or take your time. Just do it! Next, enrol another 10 customers. Out of those 20 customers, you will likely have at least 3 people who want to build a business. Then guide those new business builders through the same steps you took to enrol 20 customers.” Wash, rinse, repeat. Simple, right?
Be present Don’t think that because you’ve laid the foundation for a new builder that you’re free to leave them on their own (especially in the first

few months)! It’s important to check in regularly, practice approaches and Melaleuca Overviews, and build shoulder to shoulder for as long as necessary. “As the enrolment process is facilitated, the fast-and-easy element can override the heart of it, which is one-on-one involvement when a customer enrols,” says Erin Clark. Even if you have a fast-moving organisation, it’s important to personalize the enrolment process and follow through with every new member of your team. “I make it a priority to be present and available throughout the enrolment process,” says Erin, “because when the new customer has a question (and they always have a question), I can answer it and they can continue the process.” Even if you’re just texting your new customer or builder through the enrolment process because you’re stuck in a meeting (a worst-case scenario if ever there was one), you must be present and ready to help whether you’re sitting beside them, on speaker, or on a screen.

Road to Senior Director is the most exclusive Melaleuca event in Europe. This is where the most active leaders meet to celebrate successes and work together to grow even further. Make Road to Senior Director your 2023 goal. Let’s do this! THREE DAYS OF EXCLUSIVE MENTORING, FORMING LIFELONG FRIENDSHIPS, AND TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES
Myrna Atha agrees. “When it comes to enroling a new customer by sending them a link, remember they are not officially enrolled until after they place their order,” she explains. “You’ve got to slow down and help them through the process. Make sure you explain again their Member benefits and the Customised Backup Order because they may not remember everything from the Overview. Above all, make sure that enrolment is easy for them and that they are comfortable with it!”
“You know what? Enroling customers is awesome, and we do that all the time. But when you’ve got someone to work alongside

and help, it truly is a really wonderful feeling that is a lot like falling in love. You can hardly wait to see them! You can hardly wait to take their calls or set an appointment. Our business is so much about emotions.” – Myrna Atha
“I have found they are much more likely to keep going and to be consistent and persistent in building their business when they find their preferred pace,” Erin says. However, she pumps the brakes if a prospective builder is skeptical or has a background in the MLM industry and doesn’t yet understand why Melaleuca is different. For these types, Erin initially enrols them as customers and keeps the business talk to a minimum. “I make it very clear that my Melaleuca business is what I do and that I love it, but I get them started by experiencing the products first, and I try really, really hard to help them become the best-educated customer there ever was,” she explains. After about three months of falling in love with the products, it’s easier for new Marketing Executives to understand the mission, policies,

and principles of Melaleuca. That brief investment of time not only gives potential Directors a foundation of belief and confidence but also helps them to be loyal customers who are excited to share what they love!
“Never before, company I worked with, appreciated me so much, I was invited to the stage and awarded three times! It is difficult to describe the emotions, I was very moved and touched, with tears in my eyes.... It’s beautiful when someone appreciates your work, celebrates it with you, when you feel you are important, needed and are taken care of.”
Build momentum Director is the first milestone – an achievement that’s within reach for everyone who follows
the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities with purpose, intention, and consistency. There is a great compound effect from creating results over time. Your Directors develop their own Directors, who develop Directors, and so on until success ripples through every level of your organisation. Once a new Marketing Executive reaches Director status, Rafael tells them, “We’re going to do that again, all right? And as we do it again, along the way we’re going to find others who want to achieve it themselves, and we’ll teach them too!”

NEXT ROAD TO SENIOR DIRECTOR WILL BE IN AUTUMN 2023.
