International President’s Club Minimum Qualifications 1. Status Requirement: Marketing Executives must have a Status of Senior Director or above in the 1st month of the qualification period. 2. Commission Rate Requirement: Marketing Executive must have a Commission Rate of Senior Director 5 or above in the final month of the qualification period. 3. Personal Customer Retention Requirement: Marketing Executives must have a 12-Month Average Personal Customer Retention Rate 0f 92,5% or above in the final month of the Qualification period (December 31, 2023). a. The 12-month average will consist of a simple average of the Global 1-Month Personal Customer Retention rate from each month of the qualification period. 4. Director Development Requirement: Marketing Executives must develop a minimum of two (2) new Personally Enrolled Directors by October 31, 2023. a. The qualifying Marketing Executive must personally enrol the qualifying New Director (no inheritances). b. The qualifying New Director must be enrolled during the qualification period. c. The qualifying New Director must maintain their Status for three months in the qualification period (not necessarily the first three months). d. The qualifying New Director must be from a “participating market”. 5. Director 3 Development Requirement: Marketing Axecutive must develop a minimum of one (1) new Personally Enrolled Director 3 during the qualification period. a. The qualifying Marketing Executive must personally enrol the qualifying New Director 3. b. The qualifying New Director 3 must be from a “participating market” 6. Growth Requirement: Marketing Executives must have a minimum of +1 New Growth during the qualification period. a. New Growth = Enrolments + Reactivation - Cancellations (excluding roll-ups and moves). b. New Growth will be totaled from “participating markets” 7. Good Standing Requirement: Marketing Executives must be compliant with all Melaleuca policies during the qualification period up through the time of the President´s Club trip. “Participating Market” Definition Activity will be totaled from the following markets: Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the Philippines. (Excludes United States, Canada, Mexico, China)
Advancement Position Marketing Executives who advance to a new Corporate Director or above Status for the first time in the qualification period will automatically qualify. Guaranteed Positions In addition to Advancements Positions, Europe will receive the following number of Guaranteed Positions (assuming all criteria are met): * Europe - 2 Additional International President´s Club Positions In addition to Advancements Positions and Guaranteed Positions, there will be 5 Additional Positions avaliable. These Additional Positions will be distributed among “participating markets” based on Marketing Executives who have met all the minimum criteria and have the highest President´s Club Score. (Note: A maximum of 2 Additional Positions can be awarded to a single market.) International President’s Club Calculations New Growth X Average Commission Rate X Personal Enrolee Advancement Factor (D-ED) X Number of Personal Enrolees who Advanced (D3-ED) President’s Club Score New Growth: Total from “participating markets”. Average Commission Rate: A factor of 3 will be given to all Commission Rate Executive Directors; a factor of 3.2 for Executive Directors 2; a factor of 3.3 for Executive Directors 3, etc. Marketing Executives below Executive Director will receive a factor following a similar pattern. Personal Enrolee Advancement Factor: In-Country. For each Personal Enrolee advancement, from Director to Executive Director, a factor will be awarded. Director advancements will be given a factor of 0.5, Director 2 advancements will be given a factor of 0.7, etc. Number of Personal Enrolees who advanced: In-Country. Count of Marketing Executives and not a total of advancements. If no personal enrolees advance, a score of zero will be awarded.
