Tool 3: 90-min team workshop facilitation guide This 90-minute workshop format is designed to introduce the 7C framework to a team and create a shared language for leadership development. The agenda includes an introduction to the framework, individual reflection using the self- assessment tool, a group discussion on what each C looks like within the team, and a collective commitment to focus on one or two Cs as a team over the next quarter.
