Flint Group Packaging Inks Acquires Poteet Printing Systems LLC Luxembourg based Flint Group Packaging Inks has an- nounced the acquisition of Charlotte, North Carolina based Poteet Printing Systems LLC. Poteet Printing Systems LLC manufactures and sells water-based inks for flexo applications to printers and con- verters across the United States. The company supports the key paper and board applications for corrugated post- and pre-print and digital products, as well as targeted wa- ter-based paper packaging print demands. Poteet Printing Systems’ main production facilities are located in Char- lotte, North Carolina, and Fort Worth, Texas. The business has two additional warehouse locations in North Carolina. The company employs more than 60 people. “Our team at Poteet is the primary reason for our his- torical business success and we are very excited to ex- pand our business as part of Flint Group Packaging Inks,” said Roger Poteet, President of Poteet Printing Systems. “Working together, we will be able to offer our custom- ers even more cutting-edge innovations in both inks and coatings plus additional customer-focused support tools.
