BritBox The BBC in England is renowned for putting out excellent content, but until recent years, much of it has been challenging to find on American television. Get planning. First, don’t wait until the very last minute to start setting your goals in motion. Planning out achievable goals will require some brainstorming on your end. If you blindly begin tackling your resolutions, you’re likely setting yourself up for failure. Start out small. If your goal is to attend the gym five times a week and you haven’t been working out at all, starting out strong right out of the gate with intense workouts will likely lead to a quick burnout and potential injury. Instead, begin with lighter and shorter workouts, working your way up to the intensity you’d like to be at. Whether you’re aspiring to eat healthier throughout your day, read a book a week, improve your physical health, or work your way up to running a 5K, remember that change takes time. Undesired habits and traits take time to eliminate, and new and healthy habits take some time to develop and settle in.
