EMES was honored to be selected as the main contractor for this high-stakes project, tasked with transforming the space while overcoming critical challenges related to safety, limited construction access, and strict timeline expectations. Despite tight working conditions and exceptionally high safety requirements, the EMES team successfully delivered the project within 150 days—without any breaks during the Lunar New Year holiday. The team's commitment, discipline, and problem-solving mindset helped ensure on-time completion, earning the surprise and admiration of all stakeholders involved. MES has successfully completed the ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system for WRG Industries’ new furniture manufacturing plant located in Becamex VSIP Industrial Park, Binh Dinh. Collaborating closely with the main contractor MGD, EMES delivered the entire ventilation and air- conditioning package under tight schedule requirements and European quality standards, overcoming challenges such as limited working space, high elevations, and parallel construction activities. WRG Industries is a 100% FDI enterprise under the Dutch-based vidaXL Group, focusing on manufacturing and exporting wooden, metal, and plastic furniture. The factory, with a total floor area of nearly 200,000 m², is WRG’s first production hub in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, supplying key markets in Europe and North America. EMES’s scope covered ventilation systems for production halls, VRV air-conditioning for office blocks, rooftop exhaust systems, and filtered fresh air supply for finishing areas. The project was completed in five months and successfully handed over after commissioning. The system met all technical requirements and was highly appreciated by both the client and the main contractor. This milestone further affirms EMES’s capability in delivering high-quality MEP solutions for international industrial projects across Vietnam.

ECLIPSE BAR & RESTAURANT is a stylish venue located in a bustling international district, featuring a luxurious and modern interior with ambient lighting that creates an intimate and cozy atmosphere. This project marked a significant milestone for EMES as it was the company's first overseas project outside of Vietnam. EMES was responsible for the full design and execution of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The team overcame numerous challenges related to international logistics, including equipment shipment, customs procedures, and coordination with local labor and suppliers. Despite the complexity, EMES successfully delivered the project on time, showcasing its professionalism, adaptability, and technical capability in executing high-standard MEP works beyond Vietnam’s borders. This project reinforces EMES’s position as a reliable partner for international ventures.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Oakwood Hotel is a modern and upscale hotel located in the heart of the city, offering guests a premium experience with high-end amenities and convenient access to business and entertainment districts. The hotel features a variety of contemporary rooms equipped with air conditioning, smart TVs, safes, mini- fridges, and full en-suite facilities. Additional services include a restaurant, bar, gym, and event spaces. EMES was appointed as the MEP Design & Build contractor for this project, responsible for designing and executing the full MEP systems, along with upgrading the fire protection system across public areas. The scope covered the ground floor, first floor, corridors from levels 1 to 11, the kitchen, and gym area — all to be completed within a challenging 3-month schedule. To meet this tight timeline, EMES carefully planned manpower and material deployment, ensured strict compliance with safety and fire codes, and coordinated closely with other contractors. The successful delivery once again highlights EMES’s expertise in fast-track hospitality projects with complex MEP requirements.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Manor Central Park Hanoi is designed with a system of high-end apartment buildings, villas, townhouses, and entertainment areas.
In this project, the contractor was tasked with constructing the MEP system for 19 adjacent apartments, each comprising 5 floors with a floor area ranging from 60-75m2. The challenge for Emes during this stage was the widespread outbreak of Covid-19 and the closure of many places. However, the contractor implemented the government's '3 on the spot' measures, prepared additional manpower, and negotiated with suppliers to ensure the project was completed on schedule.
