PROJECT DESCRIPTION
EMES has successfully completed the Electrical and ACMV systems, including the emergency smoke extraction system, for the BWID Phu An Thanh warehouse project in Long An. The works were executed under a tight schedule with high safety standards, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time handover. The project is developed by BW Industrial Development JSC (BWID) – Vietnam’s leading industrial real estate platform, backed by Warburg Pincus and Becamex IDC. Located in Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, the facility is part of BW’s growing network of modern warehouses serving international tenants in manufacturing and logistics. EMES delivered the full electrical installation, ventilation, and smoke control systems in compliance with fire safety regulations. With strong project management and effective technical solutions, EMES ensured timely delivery and operational readiness, further affirming its capability in industrial MEP contracting.
