PROJECT DESCRIPTION
MES has successfully completed the ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system for WRG Industries’ new furniture manufacturing plant located in Becamex VSIP Industrial Park, Binh Dinh. Collaborating closely with the main contractor MGD, EMES delivered the entire ventilation and air- conditioning package under tight schedule requirements and European quality standards, overcoming challenges such as limited working space, high elevations, and parallel construction activities. WRG Industries is a 100% FDI enterprise under the Dutch-based vidaXL Group, focusing on manufacturing and exporting wooden, metal, and plastic furniture. The factory, with a total floor area of nearly 200,000 m², is WRG’s first production hub in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, supplying key markets in Europe and North America. EMES’s scope covered ventilation systems for production halls, VRV air-conditioning for office blocks, rooftop exhaust systems, and filtered fresh air supply for finishing areas. The project was completed in five months and successfully handed over after commissioning. The system met all technical requirements and was highly appreciated by both the client and the main contractor. This milestone further affirms EMES’s capability in delivering high-quality MEP solutions for international industrial projects across Vietnam.
