Despite facing a major challenge, the client's requirement to complete the entire project within 2 months, while some specialized equipment had a lead time of 4 months - Emes responded proactively. The team proposed temporary rental solutions and arranged air transport for critical systems, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the IT room and minimizing project delays. Thanks to these agile and solution- oriented efforts, the IBM office was completed on time and transitioned into operation smoothly. The project not only met the client’s technical and scheduling expectations but also delivered a high level of satisfaction in terms of performance, quality, and speed.

IIBM is a global leader in technology, specializing in the development and delivery of computer hardware, software, infrastructure solutions, server systems, and consulting services across industries - from mainframes to nanotechnology. To meet IBM’s expectations for a modern, sustainable, and efficient workplace, Emes collaborated closely with 3D Interior Design to propose a design that aligns with IBM’s global standards. The new office layout emphasizes energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and occupant health, reflecting both green building principles and IBM’s innovation-driven culture. During the construction phase, Emes implemented strict safety protocols and coordinated closely with all project stakeholders to accelerate the schedule and ensure timely completion.
