PROJECT DESCRIPTION
McDonald's Vietnam is a leading fast food franchise chain operating under strict international standards and a high-quality management system. As a long-time trusted partner, EMES was once again assigned to design and install the complete mechanical and fire protection systems for the project, ensuring full compliance with global safety and performance requirements. Given the store’s 24/7 operational nature, EMES focused on both technical efficiency and long-term maintainability during the design and construction stages. The work was executed under a fast-track schedule with strict safety controls and smooth coordination with other trades. With proven experience in shopping mall and F&B projects, EMES mobilized 3 teams working in rotating shifts to meet the investor’s timeline and handover deadline. This project further reflects the strong partnership and consistent performance between McDonald’s Vietnam and EMES over the years.
