This class consists of a combination of bodyweight and resistance strength exercises with incorporated cardio exercises. Class is designed to spike the heart rate in and out of the fat burning zone to torch calories and boost your metabolism. Various exercise methods will keep you focused and ensure a total body workout.

High Intensity: Building muscle & seeing quick results

Medium Intensity: Gaining confidence & having FUN!

Low Intensity: Restoring body & mind with relaxing movements
