We are here to provide you with high-quality experiences delivered with excellence. If your experience with us did not match your expectations, we want to know about it, please contact us to discuss your experience.
General Refund Information
If the original payment method was credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the card used for payment. If the original payment method was cash or check, a refund will be issued via a City check. Be aware, these checks may take up to three (3) weeks to process. No cash refunds will be granted for any circumstance.
Program Refund Policy
For a full refund, requests for refunds must be made 7 days prior to the start of the program or session. No refunds will be given after this date*.
Admissions and Greens Fees Refund Policy
No refunds for daily admissions or green fees will be granted for any circumstance including inclement weather, inappropriate attire, or rule infractions/disorderly conduct.
Pass Refund Policy
All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable from the time of purchase*.
Rental Refund Policy
Buildings/Rooms/Aquatic Facility
For a full refund, requests for cancelation must be made 7 days prior to the rental. Cancelation after this date, but prior to the rental date will result in refund of rental fees but a loss of deposits paid. Refund of deposit and rental fees requested after the reservation date will not be given*. *Exceptions to this policy may be made due to life-altering circumstances or at the discretion of staff. To request a refund, please contact the Miamisburg Parks & Recreation office to discuss your experience.
Code of Conduct
The City of Miamisburg Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide high-quality, positive experiences for participants and visitors. The cooperation of every program participant is central to achieving this goal.
We ask that all participants, visitors and spectators: • Show respect to all people, at all times • Follow the instructions or direction of staff and volunteers •
Refrain from cursing, name calling or otherwise inappropriate or obscene language
• Refrain from misuse, damage, destruction, or theft of equipment, supplies, or facilities • Refrain from any action in which, in the judgement of Miamisburg Recreation Staff and Volunteers: places the health, safety or welfare of any person at risk is deemed to be disruptive, lude or otherwise distracting behavior that affects the experience of others • Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, and facility or program rules
Individuals that fail to uphold these standards may be suspended from The City of Miamisburg Parks and Recreation Department programs and facilities without refund or voucher. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation in our community offerings.
Scholarships
The City of Miamisburg Parks and Recreation Department provides scholarships to offset registration fees for day camps, baseball/softball, and aquatic passes and activities. Contact the desk for a copy of eligibility and application.
