Table XV does not apply to flange connetions and fittings integral with components covered by sections 14, l5. and 16 ad auxilary equipment furnished with the basic equipment and specifically listed for the equipment involved. 'Pressure' is the design pressure of the system in which the casting is used. For piping system castings. the size shown is nps size MTor PT is rquired for ferrous castings. For nonferrous castings. PT inspection is required only on submergence pressure boundary surfaces. where stresses due to normal working loads would exceed 2/3 of the yield strertgth of the casting material .
