Anyone wishing to bid and cannot attend the sale may place online or phone bids by contacting DV Auction, www.DVAuction.com Make arrangements by Friday, September 19th at 4pm MT, PRIOR TO THE SALE. Be prepared to fax or email a bank letter of credit. All successful purchases will be required to send a valid form of cash payment immediately Monday morning following the sale. Insurance is highly recommended at sale settlement the night of the sale. If buyers request consigner to board a horse after the sale for any period of time, insurance is required. HEALTH: All horses consigned to the sale will have a current Coggins. Additionally, a health inspection will be conducted by a licensed Veterinarian provided on site on the day of the Fall Extravaganza, LLC Horse Sale.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Terms of sale are cash or personal check (US Funds). A personal check will be accepted in lieu of cash with proper identification. There will be $500 assessed on all returned checks. All cost of collection (including attorney’s fees) shall be paid by buyer. No horses will be sold prior to the sale. Every animal sells to the highest bidder with auctioneer settling disputes as to bids. Announced changes to catalog information on sale day take precedence over printed material in this catalog. Any defects will be announced before each horses is sold. Any person attending this sale does so at his or her own risk. Neither the owners, sale management, Fall Extravaganza LLC, Central States Fair, nor any other person connected with this sale assumes any liability, legal or otherwise. Accountability for guaranteeing the soundness and overall health condition of consigned horse(s) falls solely on each individual consignor. Any additional guarantees made by the consignor regarding their horse(s) are both acceptable and encouraged; however, such guarantees must be clearly agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. Fall Extravaganza, LLC does not act as an agent or representative for either the buyer or the seller. The role of Fall Extravaganza, LLC is strictly that of an intermediary facilitating the transaction. Any additional terms or conditions agreed upon between the buyer and seller are strictly between those parties, and Fall Extravaganza, LLC is not involved in, nor does it have knowledge of, such private agreements. By participating in the Fall Extravaganza, LLC Horse Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and expressly agree to hold Fall Extravaganza, LLC harmless from any and all liability, claims, or disputes arising from or relating to the sale, health, soundness, or condition of the consigned horse(s). 3
