One of the most complete bulls in our entire offering and best sons of Armstrong we have seen in the bull who will lead off our 2026 Production Sale. Lot 1 is a really good calf. So balanced in his design, he is a strong topped, level hipped right structured bull who travels with ease and confidence. Chuck full of muscle, he is expressive down his topline, wide over his hip, with a bold outward shape to the lower third of his rear quarter. Standing on added bone dimension, this negative birth EPD bull has excelled every time we’ve measured his performance. After starting life at 68 pounds, he weaned well with a 105 index as his dam’s first calf, then gained nearly 4 lbs/day over winter to weigh 1371 with a 112 ratio at a year. On ultrasound day, he confirmed all the muscle shape and dimension he has by scanning a large 17.3-inch ribeye to earn a ratio of 115 in our highly competitive contemporary group. His young dam is a Justified daughter of our proven Heiress 193 donor. A maternal pedigree mating that combines proven maternal on proven maternal, Heiress 312 has lived up to her genetic maternal hype so far, with a great udder and a strong first outing. Her donor grand dam, Heiress 193, was a leader for us for many years, quiet in temperament, great footed with a quality udder and a 9/106 progeny weaning ratio. Throughout this sale offering many high-end calves can be found out of daughters of Heiress 193. Lot 1 is a herd bull prospect that is ready to go and be an impact maker.
