She traces back to past donor dam, Vermilion Lass 0045, who did a tremendous job of adding power and improving udder quality in her progeny. Lot 60
The first son we are offering by the herd bull we call New North and what a way to introduce the progeny of this up-and-coming herd sire. Lot 60 is a quiet, big-butted bull with extra turn to his top and width over his hip. From behind he is wide based, expressive in his stifle and displays muscle from all angles. Weaning heavy as his dam’s second calf, he weighed over 1300 at a year and scanned a large 16.8 inch ribeye to ratio 111. We were so excited with the first few New North calves last spring that he was one of our heaviest used bulls for the calf crop being born right now. The bull himself is chuck full of muscle, good on his feet and puts a really long neck and angular design on his big-middled daughters. Lot 60’s young dam is another member of our Queen Essa tribe, sired by Logo and a great young cow. Good bull, exciting new sire group.
