KDS Maverick 353, every once in a while magic happens and you find a bull that suits you to a T. For us Maverick is that bull. Big, stout, correct, bone, extra length of spine and phenotypically great. His first sons and a daughter sell in this sale and we couldn’t be any more pleased with his first calf crop. Shag Dos 116, when we went on the hunt for another big time power bull we found 116 in the Shaggy Meadows sale. Big boned, big footed and outstanding actual performance with a weaning weight of 790 lbs. and a yearling weight of 1368 lbs. His daughters are starting to make their way into the herd now with the oldest being 3 year olds and I like what I am seeing. He ranks in the top 16% ProS, 10% GM, 18% DMI, 10% ME and 24% MARB. A real world beef business bull!
