Project brief In collaboration with the local Parish council, to recover abandoned local buildings if they are listed , to renovate them in a sensible way, according to current building regulations. The chosen Grade II listed building will host a Pet Friendly Wellbeing-Leisure centre for dog owners to enjoy time in the same place, on a historical site. Facilities: Café, Indoor pools, Offices, Changing rooms, Washroom, Yoga meditation room, Gym, Indoor- Outdoor sensory garden-dogs, Luxury kennels for dogs. Exercise field-dogs- owner.

Theme- Select a specialist food from provided list and host food retail unit in this two-level building. The specialty of the enterprise will be a bakery with a patisserie and a show kitchen to show customers the making of different products and to keep a transparency. Function- The function, service or activity of the interior environment to be designed The space will host several activities. A show kitchen will be the preparation area and being open to the public will provide a transparency to the customers and will host occasional guest presentations with pastry chefs.

Brief: Create a workplace for the 15 staff in a way that each department can communicate and use any workstation flexibly Colours:

The main feature in the design is the tunnel like private rooms.
The angled Idea pods are for the concept of private workstations. The workstations are grouped in four. The shape of the workstation is hexagon and made of polycarbonate sheet. The colour is one of the required shade.
