A THANK YOU FROM US ALL THIS CHRISTMAS

City Group would like to take this opportunity to thank all our staff for their continued loyalty and hard work this year. We have seen a lot of positive changes and progression across the group, and this is a testament to every single person involved. We appreciate this can be a difficult time of year for a lot of people and extend our well wishes for a joyful Christmas and healthy New Year ahead to you all.

We would also like to thank our Clients for their continued support throughout 2022. We are inspired by you all to continue our drive for excellence and quality service across the entire Company. For all those who have recognised our teams or individuals and thanked them for their hard work, we send our sincerest gratitude for acknowledging their commitment to their roles. We look forward to working with you all again in 2023. APPROVED CONTRACTOR SCHEME - GR8 AUDIT SUCCESS Following their ACS Audit, GR8 successfully increased their total result by 7 points this year. This resulted in a score of 123 - a fantastic achievement.

Being part of the Approved Contractor Scheme, designed by the Security Industry Authority, raises performance standards and offers a source of confidence for clients looking for a fully regulated, approved supplier, demonstrating that we are committed to delivering a quality service.

The auditor gave two good practices - one for an initiative our Senior Operations Manager Russell Brown is running, carrying out Safeguarding training for all employees at his charity sites. The second, for the work our Group Operations Director Sophie Harper- Booth is carrying out for Women in Security. Well done and thank you to the whole team for their continued hard work.
