Over the past decade, the Midland Metro Alliance has delivered through clear governance, shared responsibility and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Consistency has been embedded into planning, safety, delivery and stakeholder engagement across the West Midlands - Understanding the needs of the West Midlands and embedding positive outcomes related to these as part of our design and delivery approach. Where possible, our design teams have collaborated to develop and roll out standardised design outputs like our track form, to support efficient and effective delivery of the projects.
