National Society of Leadership and Success

Founded in 2001, the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) mission is to build leaders who make a better world. As the largest leadership honor society in the United States, NSLS has over 700 chapters and more than one million members nationwide. Dean’s Chapter was established to empower students to achieve their goals through reflection, self-exploration, and actionable steps toward success. The students who are being inducted into Dean’s Chapter of NSLS were invited to join because of their commitment to personal growth and leadership. To be eligible for their NSLS membership, these students attended numerous Success Networking Teams meetings and Leadership Training Days during a semester; after each of these meeting they were required to write self- reflections that were submitted to the Chapter Leadership for review. With their peers, these students cultivated their leadership skills to inspire change and create a lasting impact.
