The sales-to-listing ratio for detached in the Fraser Valley board area, at 12%, reflected a balanced market. The detached median price in December was $1,510,000, a 4% increase from November and 16% above December 2023. The average sold price was $1,707,821, 8% above last month and up 14% to December 2023.
