The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Fraser Valley board area, at 22%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in December was $799,950, a 3% decrease from November and 3% below December 2023. The average sold price was $821,215, 2% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $529, down 0.6% to last month.
