December townhome sales decreased by 7% month-over-month, to 26, and were 30% above December 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in North Vancouver, at 39%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in December was $1,284,500, a 2% decrease from November and 13% above December 2023. The average sold price was $1,395,012, 7% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $876, up 10% to last month.
