There were 2,261 townhome listings in the Vancouver Region in December, 19% below November and 47% higher than December 2023. December townhome sales decreased by 14% month-over-month, to 529, and were 45% above December 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Vancouver Region, at 23%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in December was $892,000, a 4% decrease from November and 0.4% above December 2023. The average sold price was $1,003,080, 1.7% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $657, down 4% to last month.
