There were 1,166 townhome listings in the Greater Vancouver board area in December, 20% below November and 35% higher than December 2023. December townhome sales decreased by 21% month-over-month, to 287, and were 60% above December 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 25%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in December was $1,068,000, a 1.3% increase from November and 1.3% above December 2023. The average sold price was $1,156,429, 0.8% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $765, down 3% to last month.
