This transformation didn’t happen overnight; it’s a testament to their commitment and the support of our entire organization. SAFETY: OUR NON-NEGOTIABLE PRIORITY Safety remains our absolute foundation. While we met our safety objectives this year, I know we can do better. Motor vehicle accidents continue to be an area of focus for us. Every training session, every near-miss report, every conversation about hazard awareness brings us closer to our goal: everyone going home safely to their families. I’m sincere when I say that I want you to go home to your family safe each day. Thank you for your commitment to this. LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026 As we step into 2026, the opportunities ahead are significant. We’re targeting 7.1% organic growth, and LEAP|28 continues to guide our strategic direction. Your role in achieving these ambitious goals cannot be overstated. Whether through organic growth, strategic acquisitions, or deepening client relationships, we’re positioned to lead this industry. The headwinds we faced in 2025—high interest rates and industry slowdown—may persist, but we’ve proven we can outperform the market. Our sales pipeline remains strong, our service delivery is best-in-class, and our team is energized. By continuing to execute on key initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and staying focused on what matters most—our people and our clients—we’ll reach our 2026 objectives. But none of this happens without you. Your dedication, your expertise, your willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and colleagues—that’s what makes Bureau Veritas special. Hello Team, As we close out 2025, I find myself reflecting on an extraordinary year—and I’m genuinely proud of what we’ve accomplished together. A YEAR OF REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENT This year has been transformational. We exceeded our sales targets by $61 million, securing major contract renewals with cities like Aventura and Weston, and defeating competitors on significant bids. We welcomed nearly 200 new team members to our growing family, expanded our footprint across the country, and continued to demonstrate why Bureau Veritas is the trusted leader in code compliance and inspection services. Beyond the numbers, what strikes me most is how our team consistently delivered for our clients. Our Fire & Life Safety services grew 29%, civil plan check services grew 26%, and our CAP pricing initiative added $2 million to the top line. We also welcomed 56 new municipal clients, proving that our reputation for excellence opens doors. These aren’t just statistics—they represent the dedication and expertise you bring to work every single day. LIVING OUR VALUES Whether it’s the inspectors ensuring public safety in the field, the plan reviewers meticulously analyzing construction documents, the permit technicians supporting our municipalities, or the support staff keeping everything running smoothly—you’re all doing something that matters.
