10 BV EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

Refer Someone You Know and Get Rewarded! Eligibility

If an individual is referred by more than one source, (i.e., direct applicant contact, referral by another employee, referral through a recruitment firm, etc.), the first source of referral takes precedent. If more than one employee refers the same person, the employee indicated by the candidate on the job application will be awarded the referral bonus, provided the other conditions of the program are met. If the candidate contacted BV directly and inquired about working at BV, or submitted a resume via the corporate website prior to indicating an employee’s referral on the job application, no bonus will be awarded. Candidates referred to BV by a recruitment firm will not be considered in the referral program.

All Full-time BV employees are eligible for referral awards. However, leaders staffing their own departments or functional areas of responsibility and members of the Human Resources team are ineligible for this program. Referrals who are rehires are excluded from this policy. Process The Referring Employee completes the Employee Bonus Referral Request form, indicating the referred employee’s name and submits completed form to applicable HR Business Partner. HRBP reviews form for completion, ensures both the referred and the referring employee are still actively at work and forwards form to Total Rewards for processing. Total Rewards requests payments from Payroll team. Be Involved and Be Rewarded!

B Bands V and VI. Billable positions

A Bands VII and VIII. Non-billable positions

such as inspectors, elevator inspectors, environmental or OHS field personnel,chemists, laboratory technicians/ supervisors. $1000

such as office administration jobs, billable CMT technicians, shipping/receiving,sample prep technicians. $500

Your participation in the recruiting process allows you to influence the future make-up and success of our company by helping BV hires qualified individuals who will bring needed skills, abilities, and competencies to our team. Other Guidelines Part time, temporary or as- needed basis positions, or positions filled through staffing agencies are not eligible for the recruitment referral program. Former employees (re-hires) are also excluded as a “qualified candidate” for purposes of this program. Awards are restricted to BV Full-time employees only.

C Bands III and IV. Management and

skilled technical and professional positions such as Geologists, Engineers, Project Managers, Lab Managers, Business Unit Manager & BD Managers. $1500

D Bands EC, I and II.

Executive jobs such as VP’s or high level positions with functional areas such as finance. $2500

Bonus paid after new hire successfully completes 180 calendar days of service. Referral bonuses are subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes. To receive the payment, you must be employed by Bureau Veritas Holdings, Inc. (BV) or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates at the time the payment is issued.
