The People Action Board will deliver targeted outcomes through three strategic priorities:
1.Talent Retention Strategy 2. Enabling skilled individuals to build sustainable careers within the region. 3.AI Innovation and Adoption 4. Supporting businesses and educators in harnessing technology, boosting productivity, and sharing best practices. 5.Sector-Focused Skills Collaboration 6. Aligning economic priorities and industry needs with training provision—developing excellence across sectors, with a strong emphasis on green skills and roles.
