Anthelmintics – Controlled Release
Capsules provide long periods of parasite control compared to oral drenches. When used appropriately, capsules are extremely effective at controlling the impact of parasites on stock. Veterinarians should be involved in capsule treatment decision making, as advice on management techniques to reduce the threat of parasite resistance developing, such as refugia and drench check testing, is paramount. Capsules should be administered carefully by an experienced person with the applicator gun.

Actives: Abamectin, Albendazole Dose rate: 40-80 kg (1 capsule), 80+ kg (2 capsules) Pack size: 5 x 100 capsules 100 day double combination continuous payout. The ultimate pre-lamb treatment. Cobalt and selenium pass through the ewe’s milk into her growing lambs. Adult sheep only.
