Meet our CEO, Kate deKay. Being active and responsive motivates Kate to lead by example, while empowering those around her to encourage and strengthen others. She carries on her father’s legacy in believing that great people are a companies’ value proposition and “life-blood.” Providing an environment of growth & support, enhancing the lives of both our employees and the commu- nities in which we serve. Building on the foundation of family leadership for three generations, Kate’s goal for the company is to ensure that the Eustis brands assist as many people throughout the states that they serve to finance a house that they can call home. She continues to focus on making the mortgage process as straightfor- ward as possible for customers and ensures that employees provide a high level of customer service. Outside of Eustis, Kate’s a mother to three children, a pet parent, and an active community member. Reinforcing her belief in serving those around, Kate serves on two boards focusing on youth services with Youth Empowerment Project and Raintree Children & Family Services. She engages everyone with compa- ny-wide initiatives to be active community members while recognizing and contributing to organizations and those that employees support.

BRANCH SUPPORT is at the core of our DNA. Eustis works daily to earn your loyalty and in doing so, we provide unmatched transition services for you and your branch office as you acclimate to the Eustis Culture. Each of our offices is assigned a Regional Branch Opera - tions Manager. This position is dedicated to answering the more technical questions that can arise during the process. Operations are responsible for ensuring that each branch (loan officer, manager and processor) is working as efficiently as possible – measuring key items that are available with the touch of a button to view and help you learn how to perform better. With Eustis, you will always have a resource for finding solutions, resolving issues and getting the training that you need to run your business.
