Senior’s Centre Without Walls - Gab and Games A fun, phone-based program for seniors that combines lively conversation with light hearted trivia and games. Connect with others, share a laugh, and keep your mind sharp. • Mondays, September 9 to March 31 • 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. • Free Delhi Seniors Centre Your membership includes free access to a wide range of programs such as; Shuffleboard, Line Dancing, Yoga & Fitness Classes, Arts & Crafts, Book Club, Cooking Programs, Cards & Games, Workshops & Special Events. Delhi Friendship Centre • Membership Fee: $25 annually • Drop-in Fee for Members: $2.00 per visit • Drop-in Fee for Non-Members: $5.00 per visit Qigong Qigong exercises move the spine and all the joints and include meditation, breathing and energy work. • Mondays, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
