Skating Programs Norfolk County offers a variety of drop-in skating opportunities for all ages and skill levels throughout the season. Whether you want to enjoy a casual public skate, play a friendly game of shinny, or simply practice your skills on the ice, there is something for everyone. NHL/NHLPA First Shift Program Hosted by Simcoe Minor Hockey in partnership with the NHL/NHLPA, this program is designed for children ages 6–10 with no previous hockey experience.
