Upon approval and receipt of the authorization for return label, Goods meeting the following conditions may be returned for an exchange or direct credit to Your account (freight prepaid by Buyer). NO cash refunds! If an item is to be exchanged, new shipping and handling charges will be added. 1.A copy of Your invoice must accompany all returns.The authorization for return label must be placed on the outside of the box (complete with the authorization number) and Your return address.
