Please note: The route is very busy with runners on the road and spectators along the sides, so we recommend staying on one side of the road rather than swapping over. However if you do need to cross the road, please keep an eye out for our designated crossing points, managed by our team of stewards.
Please note: Due to the ongoing works on the Tyne Bridge, this is a no-spectator zone.
Top tip: Due to road closures and the volume of people supporting, we recommend picking 1, possibly 2 areas to spectate from, and going straight to that location rather than trying to do multiple points along the route.
