his breast. His actions were a little unusual even for a Mexican, b u t we believe he was sincere and God is able to open his understanding. At ano ther camp we found a believer from El Paso and th rough his testimony th ree other men were invited into his room to h ear a Gospel message from th e m issionary, a t the close of which we were led to ask if they would decide to accept Christ as th e ir Saviour there and then. Two of them said they would; th e o ther hesitated for a moment, when the believer rem inded him of the Scripture th a t says, “Now is the accepted time, and now is the day of salvation,” afte r which he decided. We then k n elt and each one called upon the name of th e Lord, and, according to th e promise, were saved. So we praise God for all th e way He has led us, and th e many, many tokens of His love and care and encourage­ ment. Please continue to , pray, th a t many may come to know th e Lord, for these people are very igno ran t; and pray, also, th a t th e w orker may have patience and ta c t in dealing w ith them from day to day.— R. God has been so gracious in preserving us while m inistering unto the lost and, as far as we know, none of those who have professed to accept th e Lord have fallen asleep; although many have been afflicted, yet th e Lord has had mercy on them . In one fam ily where we generally give Bible in stru ction on Monday even­ ings, we found th e six children all sick a t one time. We read a portion of Scripture w ith them , commended them to the Lord in prayer, and left. R etu rn ­ ing th e following Monday we found them all well and happy, w ithout the need of a physician, th e G reat Phy­ sician being altogeth er sufficient, all glory and praise be to H is holy name. A t one of th e camps visited we found several sitting outside a n d / began to ta lk to them. In a moment one of the women w ent in and b rough t out a box for us to sit on. While we were talk ing a man came out of his room and handed us eigh t cents. When asked w h at it was for he said “ to help you in your work.” A fter th e ta lk was finished, we passed ou t some trac ts and th is man kissed them and pressed them to
